The Flossy Organization
Terms
This is a draft for residents. It is not legal advice and should be reviewed by counsel before it is treated as a final terms of use.
What this site is
Flossy Report is a civic map run by The Flossy Organization. You can document a neighborhood issue, see it on a public map, and learn which elected office represents that location. It is not a City of New York website and it is not official NYC 311.
Your reports
By submitting a report you agree that The Flossy Organization may publish the public parts of it (issue type, description, photo, approximate location, districts, timeline) and use them to advocate for the neighborhood. Do not submit content that is illegal, that targets a private person, or that you do not have the right to share. Staff may hide or remove a report.
NYC 311 and voter registration
Links to NYC 311 and the NYC Board of Elections take you to those official sites. Flossy does not file 311 requests for you and does not store voter records.
No warranty
Districts, officeholders, and 311 records come from public sources and may change. We work to keep them current but cannot guarantee completeness. Use of this site is at your own risk.
